VPN site to site router that acually works

Does anyone know of a proven small office router that actually will connect to TMG2010 site to site VPN? Have tried several Cisco units namely the RV180 and the RVS4000, neither will establish a IPSEC tunnel with my TMG2010 and I have checked all the settings 50 times over. Should be so easy. Looking for an exact model that works.
