Error Code 64: Host not available--TMG_2010

Dear All,

TMG_2010 was working properly since 1 year. Yesterday all clients receives the following error

and on TMG the log is as below;

all clients are receiving the same issue.

Please guide if anyone have the perfect solution, I had already checked all solutions on TechNet.
