TMG: create a rule using powershell

Hi,

I am looking to create a TMG sharepoint publishing rule using powershell. The rule would use an existing weblistner. The ideal scenario is that I need to create the rule remotely into TMG from a SharePoint server maybe importing a PS remote session or something similar. Any guidance where to start would be helpful.
