Persistent Routes Dns on redundancy Isps

Forefront TMG with redundancy requires me to put two internal dns?

I have only one internal DNS, I can force Forefront to use only this dns?

In Isp redundancy force me to put two dns, one for each ISP, since I only have one internal DNS, force me to put one external.

The problem comes when I see in some posts that also force me to bring persistent static routes on command prompt, one for each ISP and its corresponding Dns.

What happens is that my clients for sql issues only point to my internal DNS, so to me that when the first ISP fails, clients try to resolve by dns for the first connection since so static routes are posted.

I can remove the persistent static routes for each dns?

When then would use the external dns on the second Isp???
