TMG Exchange 2010 OWA Publishing Fails to Timeout

Hi,

I've published OWA via TMG 2010 using Rich Hick's guide:

Exchange is setup for basic and windows authentication, with encryption being handled by the TMG listener and the SSL cert. OWA sessions fail to logout. The default selection on the OWA login page is "this is a public computer", but when a user logs in they remain logged in, until manual log out.

I've modified the values in the "connections" tab of the OWA listener, but this still doesn't cause the connection to time out. I know there's a fix in SP 1 roll up 1, but my TMG 2010 server has SP2 and I'm using Exchange 2010 SP2.
