Hi everyone,
I've installed a TMG 2010 on server 2008 R2 SP1 as internet proxy, After configuring and adding the internal ips during the installation process i realized that machines on other sub-nets could not browse and ping the proxy. the proxy is running on subnet 172.16.4.67 and other clients on 172.16.16.0-172.16.21.254 cannot reach it. I've added the IPs as shown below and added the routes.
Persistent Routes:

I've checked the event viewer and am seeing the errors below, please assist
NB: I've already added the ping and RDP protocols on the proxy and i can ping,RDP and browse from any machine on 172.16.4.0 subnet
