As a supplier of SharePoint solutions, we have used ISA and TMG for forms based authentication for SharePoint, WebDav sites, Moodle, OWA and other web services. Publishing through TMG allows single sign-on to all of these services despite the services being on different internal servers and IPs using a single listener and multiple rules.
TMG allowed a smooth sign-on for intergrated systems with a customisable login form.
This is my main use of TMG. Now this has been discontinued (no new purchases or licences being sold by our partners), What could I use to replace this service (for the uses stated above)?
I would prefer to stick to Microsoft but open to ideas?
