We are still using Microsoft Essential Business Server 2008 with Forefront TMG and are attempting to move our email to Office 365, so we can decommission EBS. However, I can't get Office 365 to migrate our email until I can get our setup to pass the Microsoft Remote Connectivity Analyzer (www.testexchangeconnectivitytest.com)<label for="testSelectWizard_ctl09_onPremSelectionList_radioOLA"> test. Outlook Anywhere works fine, and all the tests pass until the final step which gives the following error: </label>

The RPC/HTTP test failed.
Attempting to ping RPC proxy remote.neighborimpact.org.
RPC Proxy can't be pinged.
Additional Details
A Web exception occurred because an HTTP 503 - ServiceUnavailable response was received from Unknown.

I can't find any info on this, or what it actually means.
