Block telnet helo commands

Hi,

 What's the easiest way to block smtp helo commands without affecting mail flow? I currently have an Edge Transport Server sitting behind TMG 2010 and I can directly telnet to port 25 of mail.mydomain.com - I'd like to implement something similar to what Google/Yahoo do (i.e mail.google.com times out)
