Array managed server not in sync status

Hi,

We have two TMG 2010 Enterprise servers in workgroup deployment.

TMG1.contoso.com - is array manager

TMG2.contoso.com - is array managed

On TMG2.contoso.com server are reported following error message:

Configuration changes made may result in loss of connectivity to the configuration storage server TMG1.contoso.com and cannot be applied. This alert is caused by connectivity or authentication issues, or by Forefront TMG configuration settings. The error description is: An operations error occurred.

What my cause this error? If I made some changes in TMG1.contoso.com server I can see this changes on TMG2.contoso.com console. Port 2172 are available from TMG2.contoso.com to TMG1.contoso.com. Problems starts when I move Array manager role from TMG3.contoso.com to TMG1.contoso.com. Before array manager role movement I just shut down TMG3.contoso.com server and start wizard. Wizard completes without any warning or error message. Then I move Reporting Server to TMG1.contoso.com server and set TMG2.contoso.com to use new array manager, also without any warnings and error messages.  How to determinate problem cause?
