Windows 10 TCP connection limit on TMG Server

Good Day

We have first Windows 10 test client in our environment. We are also using TMG Server. Have now the problem that Windows 10 opens a lot of TCP Connections to the tmg Server. this does result that i can not open http pages with any Browser. TMG logs that max number of tcp connection per minute was reached (Limit is set to 900 at the moment)

if i check with netstat on the Win10 client i see A LOT of connections to the TMG server similar like this:

TCP 192.168.1.20:49152 TMGSERVER:8080 WAITING
TCP 192.168.1.20:49153 TMGSERVER:8080 WAITING

I know that Win10 is calling home to MS much more than win7 or win8. is there any TMG recommedation about TCP and HTTP Limits per Minute? I have already disabled as much calling home as i can...
