Need to apply specific Microsoft updates

Hello,

We have TMG 2010 running on Windows 2008R2. Updates were last applied April of this year. To minimize risk to the system we want to start with those updates that harden the secure communications, i.e. disable server side SSL v2/3 and TLS 1.0, clean up the cipher suites and enable TLS 1.2. I know I can review the SUS list and figure it out, just hoping there's someone out there that did this already.
