isa 2006 problem with specific site

Hi to all.

In our company we have 2 ISA 2006 servers with the same configuration.

I have a specific site (https://eservices.yeka.gr) where from my 1st ISA server i am able to load the site and from the 2nd after some sec i receive request time out.

I check the same link also from http://www.downforeveryoneorjustme.com/eservices.yeka.gr where i receive "It's not just you!http://eservices.yeka.gr looks down from here."

and from http://www.isitdownrightnow.com/eservices.yeka.gr.html where i receive

Access to Eservices.yeka.gr is declined
The server doesn't allow access to the page...

Does anyone understand what happend?

PS: In both of our isa server i clear the case and the results is the same, the 1st is able to open the site and the 2nd i receive request time out.
