User Acivity report blank for roll up 5 TMG 2010 SP 2

Dear Team

Now I have a problem with user activity report with black report. Previously I can access but after upgrade to roll up 5 I find this issue.

already googling and find this path:

it there any suggestion for me to to resolve this issue.
