Not able to access Microsoft web sites

Hi!

We cannot only access Microsoft Websites through ISA 2006 on web proxy clients and even on ISA itself. We disabled all the rules but still cannot access. ISA server cannot access Microsoft websites even if we use direct connection to internet without using proxy.

Any Suggestions?
