The deault rule for standard users is to block webmail. This works fine.
We have created a rule to allow users from another Domain to have access to webmail. (Domain users group, in another domain as part of the same forest, country specific law in the EU is the reason)
What we have found is that using the standard webmail category some URL's are blocked and some are not, for example http://gmail.com is blocked but https://gmail.com is not blocked.
Both HTTP and HTTPS protocols are enabled on the specific rule.
Interestingly the error is "The page you are trying to browse to is categorized as
"Web E-mail" . So Its recognising the URL as webmail but blocking.
I have run a query on the URL and its recognised and categorised as webmail.
Patched to the latest version. Its running a 2 server array with a seperate managment server.
Any ideas?
