HTTP & HTTPS Redirection

Hi guys,

I need your help again.

I'm accessing to following URL   "https://www.tres.com"  but  I want to redirect the URL http://www.tres.com to the mentioned"https://........" (http to https)

I want to use my TMG 2010 forward proxy. But I'm not sure about its capabilities as forward proxy to handle such redirection.

can any body help me to understand a solution
