Disable caching on TMG 2010

Hi

We have 5 TMG 2010 servers in an array, all Win 2008 SP1 R2.

We would like to test disabling caching on one of the servers.  Can someone please provide details on how best to do this on one individual server and not on all array members?

I would also like to know if there's any reason why caching should not be disabled on TMG 2010?

I'm aware of how to delete the caching file and how to disable caching of specific websites but we want to disable chaching completely for testing purpose.

Please let me know if you require any more details.
