Automtically Detect Setting in IE not working,but in chrome,firefox,opera working

I configured my TMG 2010 server as a web proxy. I want to make it working with "Automtically Detect Setting" checkmark in the IE. But the Automatically Detect Setting is not working. When I enable the proxy settings and the direct URL (Script) it works. It work to another browser(like firefox, chrome, opera) but IE not.<o:p></o:p>

I Configure both DNS and DHCP for WPAD. Also enable the WPAD queries (with DNSCMD /Config /GlobalQueryBlockList ISATAP command).<o:p></o:p>
