ISA 2006 KB2509553 Hotfix URL in Email not working

Hello, we have been having serious problems on our ISA 2006 VPN server. People getting kicked off the VPN server, things not resolving, 806 errors, etc. I recently took this position and after some research it appears to be because of the

I have uninstalled the update for now, and everything so far today has been good. No issues.

There is a hotfix available on that page. I click through prompts, get email, etc. but the URL is dead.

Does anyone happen to still have this hotfix for Windows Server 2003 x86? Would like to apply the hotfix so I can simply keep the server up to date with updates.
