Hello everybody!
Have got a very strange problem. We are using TMG for publishing our Exchange servers as well as OWA.
The problem is that some users from different countries can not get to our OWA login screen and we get Non-sync packets drop logs on TMG.
For example users from Chicago and Germany(Frankfurt) used to be working fine untill last month. Now they sometime work fine and sometimes they can not even open our OWA login page. Other User from NY or Miami or Europe have never reported this kind of issues
The question is: If I receive these "non sync packets drop" message, does it mean that there is something wrong with routing or TMG inside the organization or these errors can also be caused by some ISPs on the way from USA to our country choosing different path from time to time?
