ISA Server, PROXY on Android and Apple devices

I work asan ICT professional at a hospital, forpatientswho stay here we offerfree WIFI internet, butto control this I’m installed asimpleISAserver behind it.

I have WindowsServer 2003StandardR2installedwithISAServer2006 SE and DHCP.Butwhen I configure theaccessrulesfor DHCPDNS, HTTP etc. It  didnotsucceed theclients PCon to the Internet, unless I put in a proxy addressin IE??

NowI'vefoundthroughGoogle that youcan useWPADthrough DHCP but this only workson Windowsmachines? ButpatientsalsouseAndroid and Appledevices.

Myquestion is, how can Imake sure that the proxysettings are automatically adjustedon these devices with Android and Apple???
