how I can block websites in Google Chrome

I have installed Forefront TMG 2010 with all updates. I have well-defined rules, but when using Google Chrome, the browser jumps these rules and people can navigate to where they pleases, be it youtube, facebook, etc.

I can do with this problem. Since I have applications in the organization running Chrome.
