Slow Upload Speeds on TMG2010 sp2 rollup 2

Hello,

Issue: I have a 100down/100Up fiber line that was just pulled. When I connect directly to the fiber router I am able to get 95/90 consistently plus or minus a few. This eliminates the the problem from the router. When I try to run the speed tests (www.speedtest.net and speedtest.comcast.com ) behind my TMG SP2 Rollup 2 firewall I get 100 Down/ 50Up. Seems like there is something stopping the upload speed. I've read the articles about increasing the buffer size but I'm not on the patched version of TMG2010 to be relevant.

I've read through this forum and seems that we have similar issues, but I'm not on a VM. Stand alone new server with plenty of processing power and RAM. I don't want to disable the Web Proxy Filter because we use that feature and its a big reason why we decided to keep using the TMG product line.

I've tried adjusting everything under the sun to get it to work. I've tried with no avail to change all the settings to auto negotiate to 100mb full, to 100mb duplex to gig full/duplex. Nothing seems to be working on either end and in some cases makes it worse. I've worked the the ISP engineers to make sure the router is correct and they are at Auto for their interfaces. So I've returned my NIC interfaces to Auto.

Hopefully the Microsoft hive can help out on this. I know this seems to be a known issue and I'd be OK opening a case on this. I've had some pretty big problems with TMG2010 and the consideration to drop the product all together is gaining steam.
