I have TMG 2010 with Exchange 2010. We have a standard ruleset, built from the wizards and only use TMG for Exchange. The TMG servers are domain members. Our Listener is using HTML Form Authentication.
I have one user that always gets OWA light even though she does not select "user Outlook Web App Light". I always get premium as do other users. This began when I disabled the Legacy rules for Exchange 2003.
Internally, if she connects directly to my CAS to test, she gets OWA premium. When using the OWA URL which goes through TMG (both internal and external) she only gets light.
Why would TMG do this? What does it believe to be different about her mailbox? She is a standard User Mailbox, not Legacy or Linked.
